Refund Policy
Try before you buy — then purchases are final.

1. All sales are final
MailBinder Pro is sold as a $19/year license through Payhip. Once a purchase is completed, it is final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
2. Why we don't offer refunds
Every install of MailBinder — trial or paid — starts with a full 14-day free trial of Pro, requiring only an email address and no payment card. That trial exists specifically so you can fully evaluate every feature before you spend anything. Because you always have that window to decide, we don't offer refunds after a purchase is made.
3. What we will help with
"No refunds" doesn't mean "no support." We will make it right if:
- You were charged more than once for the same license (duplicate charge)
- You were charged an incorrect amount due to an error on our end
- Your license fails to activate and our support team can't get it working for you

4. Renewals
MailBinder Pro is a single annual purchase, not an auto-renewing subscription — nothing is charged automatically at the end of your license year. Choosing to renew is a new, separate purchase, and the same final-sale policy applies.
